About Us

The priority of Smart Ride LLC is to offer non-emergent medical transportation via wheelchair van for persons whom are traveling to and from hospitals, health care centers, and medical offices for appointments. When calling Smart Ride LLC it is our goal that you will be answered responsively and courteously. Your request for service will be received by a staff member with local knowledge of region as well as current accurate traffic conditions and weather information that may impact travel. 

Smart Ride LLC is poised to be part of the health care network of services available to our citizens of the Greater Monadnock Region. 

Smart Ride LLC is owned and operated by Scott and Amy Symonds. Scott and Amy have spent the majority of their careers caring for others. Scott currently serves as an officer with two area fire and EMS departments and has spent his entire working life in emergency services, currently spanning over 25 years. Amy also works for multiple fire and EMS agencies as a licensed EMS provider and has spent greater than 25 years in the home health, elder care and adult services health care world as an LNA, at one point managing a home care agency of over 30 personnel and many local clients. 

Scott and Amy also have a first hand knowledge of the transportation shortcomings in the region. As first hand consumers for their daughter Paige, they have recognized, and experienced the challenges associated with safe, reliable and courteous transportation needs for our regions mobility challenged passengers.
